1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 918ssk ("Platform", "we", or "918ssk"). 2Member Eligibility & Account Registration

- KYC verification: Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. Required documents include a copy of your national ID (MyKad) and proof of bank account ownership.

918ssk reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time. Failure to comply within the specified period may result in a temporary suspension of your account.
3Deposit & Payment Methods
918ssk accepts deposits via approved payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers to all major Malaysian banks. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
- Minimum deposit: RM10 for most payment methods. The specific minimum for each method is listed on the platform's deposit page.
- Processing time: Deposits via DuitNow and FPX are credited instantly in under five minutes. Any delays must be reported to customer support within 24 hours.
- Account name: The bank account name used for deposits must match the registered name on your 918ssk account. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
- Transaction records: Keep proof of your deposit (screenshot or bank receipt) for reference in the event of any dispute.
918ssk does not charge any processing fees for deposits. If your bank imposes a fee, that is the bank's own policy and not the responsibility of this platform.
4Withdrawal of Wins

- One active bonus at a time: Only one bonus type may be active at a time. Activating a new bonus will cancel any existing bonus whose rollover has not yet been completed.

- Final decision: All game results recorded by the 918ssk system are final. Any technical failure occurring during an active game will be handled in accordance with the platform's technical recovery protocol.
- Connection disruption: 918ssk is not liable for losses caused by internet connection disruptions on the player's end. It is recommended to ensure a stable internet connection before starting a gaming session.
- Third-party software prohibition: The use of bots, automated scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
- Exceptional wins: 918ssk reserves the right to withhold exceptional winnings payments for internal review purposes. This is a standard procedure typically resolved within 72 business hours.
7Prohibitions & Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 918ssk platform and may result in legal action in addition to account closure:

- Fraud, system manipulation, or intentional exploitation of technical bugs
- Opening more than one account by the same individual
- Selling, transferring, or renting an account to another party
- Use of bots or automated software to play
- Collusion between two or more accounts to manipulate games
- Use of insider information or techniques that exploit system vulnerabilities
- Any action intended to undermine the integrity of the platform or other players
Warning: Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and wins, and potential legal action under applicable Malaysian law.
8Account Closure & Suspension
918ssk reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:
- Violation of any term in this document
- Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified period
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
- Account closure request by the member
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months
Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our customer support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all active rollover requirements must be fulfilled and all eligible balances will be returned after the review process is complete.
9Liability Limits
918ssk provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis with reasonable best efforts to ensure continuous performance and availability. However:
- 918ssk is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions caused by factors outside the platform's control, including hosting outages, natural disasters, or third-party cyberattacks.
- The platform is not liable for game outcomes affected by connectivity issues on the user's end.
- Users are fully responsible for all activities carried out through their accounts, including cases where an account is misused by another party due to the user's negligence in safeguarding their password.
